Q. My parents haven't received an email to authorise my account, or they have received an email and it doesn't contain a link!
If this happens ask your parent to send us an email at shout@topgearturbo.com containing your username and the email address you registered with. We can then quickly authorise your account and you will be able to log in with the details you provided.Q. Help, I've registered with the site, but can't log in!
If you are under 13, we need parental consent before we can activate your account. When you registered with us, we asked for your parent or guardian's email address - we have sent your parent or guardian an email containing a link, which they'll need to click on to activate your account. Please ask them to check their email account for this email. If this email does not appear, please contact us.Q. I have a message telling me the code on my card has already been entered - why is this?
Codes can only be used once, and the card will appear in your garage if you have already entered the code. If somebody else has entered the card code, the card will appear in their garage. If you are sure your card is brand new, please contact us and we'll check it to make sure it's a clean code.Q. What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
Simply login and go to the password reset page, enter your email address and we will email you a new password. If you do not receive an email, check your Spam or junk mail folder for the message, as emails can sometimes end up in there. If you are still having problems, please contact us.Q. How do I change my password or email address?
You can change your email and password on the Change my Profile page. Make a note of your new details and keep them safe so you will always be able to log in to your account.Q. Can I have more than one account?
We do not advise creating multiple accounts on topgearturbo.com. When you log in to your profile, you will only be able to see the cards associated with that account in your garage. And once a card code is entered, it will be only be linked to the account it was activated on.Q. How do I unsubscribe from the Top Gear Turbo newsletter?
Once you're logged into the site, you can tick to subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter on the Change my Profile page.Q. How often does Top Gear Turbo Challenge magazine come out?
Every two weeks.Q. How do the cards work?
There are a number of games that can be played with your Top Gear Turbo Challenge cards. Each issue of Top Gear Turbo Challenge magazine features instructions for a different game. The more cards you have, the more games you can play! Rare car, presenter, bombshell and challenge cards feature a code that can be used online. Each code will access or influence an online game. The rare challenge cards will unlock secret games and the other rare cards will boost your gameplay in the online games.Q. How many cards are there in total?
There are 276 cards to collect in total. There are 156 car cards divided into three categories - common, rare and super rare. There are 56 challenge cards divided into three categories - common, rare and super rare, eight presenter cards that are rare and super rare and 56 bombshell cards divided into four categories - common, rare, super rare and ultimate. There is only one ultimate card.Q. What's the rarest card I can collect?
The rarest card is The Sub-Zero Stig. There is only one card in every thousand packs.Q. Can the cards be bought individually?
The cards can only be purchased in packs of 9 from newsagents. Special starter packs can be purchased from select Marks and Spencer storesQ. How can I subscribe to the magazine?

Q. I have recently received a notification re transfer of ownership - do I need to do anything?
You don't need to take any action. Your magazine subscription will carry on as normal.Q. How does the change in ownership affect my subscription?
